This is a fabulous story about a wedding featuring ‘green’ wedding shoes! I don’t mean green as in Eco-friendly (although we are planning a large story on that – stay tuned!) but the actual color green! And we thought they looked just fabulous! What a gorgeous and funky idea! We especially like the feathered birdcage veil!
Special thanks to Musings by Renee Rodriguez for the beautiful blog post – and thanks to the bride and groom, Ashley and Justin – best wishes to you and hats off for the great color selection! All photography by Forever Photography - gorgeous!
Green Wedding Shoes

On September 1st, my niece Ashley and the love of her life Justin were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Laguna Gloria in Austin, Texas. The 1916 Mediterranean Villa was the backdrop to an enchanted garden where family, friends and the occasional peacock gathered to share in this very special occasion.
I loved the simple elegance of their color palette – black and white, with a splash of emerald green. The bride’s graceful satin gown and birdcage veil gave a nod to a time gone by, and every now and again you would catch a glimpse of her divine green wedding shoes peaking out from underneath her gown. Each and every detail was delightful, from the cute cake topper, to the wacky rickshaw that whisked the bride and groom away at the end of their glorious evening.

LOVE-LOVE-LOVE those green shoes!

If someone can tell me where you found these it would be fantastic. Thanks and you looked gorgeous!

Love the green shoes! Can I you tell me the maker please??
These fabulous green shoes are made by Nina. I’d try endless.com and/or zappos.com for finding styles like these!
Hi there,
Just wondering where you bought your stunning green shoes. I’ve been looking all over the place for a pair like that.
Cheers
Bianca.
